- .MOV file is currently
downloading
- if you are on a dial-up internet
connection, this can take a
few minute
- if the initial .MOV screen
does not appear after a few
minutes, make sure
that your firewall/internet connection
allows the downloading
of .MOV files
- contact your local IT/computer
expert for further assistance.
